Breakfast: Chia seed pudding with no added sugar Crusha milkshake stuff - (I am getting bored with this - 4 days is too long to have the same breakfast)
Lunch: Half a Lidl roll with pate and a small amount of chopped red onion
Dinner: Three rashers of middle bacon, three baked tomatoes and about twelve baked mushrooms
Drinks: Black coffee with breakfast and lunch then sparkling mineral water for the rest of the day
I use it either with Koko coconut milk (unsweetened) or Alpro roasted almond milk.I must get some of this Crusha no added sugar stuff. I thought at first it was a lot of carbs until I saw they were including the milk too.

It has been a weird few days.
Lots going on, and very little time for the forum. lol
So basically it has been several repeats of
B: paleo porridge (very low carb)
L: a couple of table spoons of home made coronation chicken
D: homemade pulled pork with green salad and coleslaw.
Thank heavens for the Instant Pot. The chicken cooked in 27 minutes. The pulled pork took 30 mins. And there was enough food produced to keep the pair of us going for days!
Mr B is in LOVE with corry chick sarnies.
