As I was out and about this afternoon I had a supermarket prawn mayonnaise sandwich. And for tea I had a battered haddock fillet with mushrooms and mushy peas.
Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs on hm LC toast.
Lunch cheese and LC seeded crackers and a buttered slice of hm LC barberry tea loaf.
Low carb pasta bake - made tomato sauce with my garden tomatoes ( very few left now) and organic mince served with grated vintage cheese.
Out early so took breakfast with me - 2 Babybells and a handful of mixed nuts.
Couple of black coffees.
Packed lunch of l/c roll filled with beef, cheese and sauerkraut. Montezuma’s AB.
Dinner was some scallops sauteed in garlic butter and salad. L/c brownie.
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: chicken satay stir fry (no noodles).
