What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B: coffeencream
L: crustless quiche
D: barbecued pulled pork, caulicheese and salad leaves.
S: spread through the evening, 4 lindt chocs
 
B: Toasted triangle with chipolatas and melted cheddar
L: 3xKFC Tenders (bl**dy motorway services)
D: Blackened Salmon Fillet with roasted veg

B. Raspberries and Greek yoghurt

L. Tiny cheddar cubes and corned beef

Snack. Really hungry on York station . Found a kiosk which had 2 hard boiled eggs with cress! Wonderful as I was cold and hungry.

D. Celery and Stilton soup with chia seed rolls.
 
Yesterday
B - McDonalds Double sausage & egg muffin w/o muffin
L - turkey salad with chesse, mayo and a side of meatballs
D - Broccoli & Stilton soup with spinach bread
S - pork scratchings, 1 glass merlot, 1 pint of beer

Today is going to be calorific. It's -2C and I'm off camping, so I'm chowing down!!
 
B. 2 BURGEN slices toast with low sugar marmalade
L. Left over chicken curry, potatoes mushroom mix & Savoy cabbage
Eve meal. 1 slice BURGEN ham sandwich, mustard pickle, 1 small homemade fruit cake. 4 ginger cream dark chocolates (oh dear!!)
 
Breakfast porridge with a few strawberries
Lunch Mushoom soup
Dinner A couple of potatoes broccoli, cauliflower and beetroot:confused:
 
B: Coffeencream
L: beefburger with bacon, a few chips, salad and a divine pair of beef battered onion rings, light as a feather. No bun. Bg rose by 2.5 mmol/l in total, which was much lower than expected. Did lots of walking today, including both to and from eatery, which helped.
D: if i need anything, will have kefir, then berries and cream.
 
steak&suasage pie chips peas carrot corn+spiced apple pie and cream +biscuit + 2vodkas & diet coke (ramblers christmas lunch ), hello 11.7 but forgot to take my metaformin and the cake was worth it back to normal now (lc)
 
B - mug of hot milk
L - broccoli omelette, tomato & homemade chicken stock
D - two Dr Karg crackers with hummus & cucumber, homemade chicken stock, pistachio nuts
 
This evening had three drum sticks of chicken and red cabbage but for some reson did not enjoy it. Later I gad two rings of pineapple.

D: broccoli and cauliflour, roasted, hamburger made with 2 x oopsie buns, an egg and a patty, cheese and peri peri mayo, pepsi max

As predicted, yesterday was calorific to fuel me for a night in the woods...
B - 3 sausage, 2 fried egg, coffee with cream and coconut oil
L - (on the campfire) - chicken soup with smoked pork sausage thrown in.
D - stir fried peppers with some Tesco "grillsteaks" which I'm never buying again.
S - babybels, red wine.

About 2500 calories, way more than normal for my camping in the snow.

Was it fun? :) I looooove camping, and i have done so in the snow (once), but prefer a balmy June...
 
B. Third of cup dried porridge oats made with water, additions of cream, ground almonds,chia seeds, ground flax & liquid sweetener (forgotten the name!!)
L. 4 - hi % meat content chipolatas, 1 med. JKT. Pot. Baked beans, fried onion, mushroom & tomatoes. 4 dark choc ginger truffles & tea.
Later on ..... BURGEN bread & cheese.......might have a home made scone & butter!
 
The usual Saturday brekkie: Fried Egg, 2XChipolatas, 2XBacon, Tomato & Mushroom with Tea
Lunch: Couple of Roast Chicken Legs
Dinner: Sirloin Steak, Cauliflower Cheese and Green Beans followed by a slice of @ewelina Ricotta Cake which was **** nice IMHO.
Shared 2 bottles of Jacobs Creek with HID

L: not needed
D: will be chicken livers and onion in red wine and rosemary, green beans, buttered cabbage with black pepper, and stuffed pointy peppers. Is it OTT to stuff the peppers with pate? Or shall I go with garlic cream cheese?
It will be a feast!
