Mr B is getting tired of me saying 'I could live on moussaka' every time the subject comes up. But I could.

I've just finished a fast, too. Mine was a 24 hour fast which ended at 6pm and not a moment too soon. I definitely couldn't have done another 24 hours. :)

The dinner I broke my fast with was a rib eye steak with creamy garlicky parmesan cabbage and (as a starter) some mushrooms (whole and raw) marinated in a teaspoon of red wine vinegar, olive oil and yet more garlic.

All incredibly scrummy :hungry::hungry::hungry::hungry::hungry:

OH watched a programme on TV about the wonders of olive oil (uncooked) and apparently he and I are now to have 20ml of it a day each. Hence the mushrooms....
