What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Hello everybody
B. Raspberries and cream

L. Slice of ham

D. Italian restaurant. Succumbed to garlic bread. Then sirloin steak, Diane sauce , mushroom with tomato and onion salad.
My current big weakness is water melon
 
@TracyC I said to my OH today we should launch a LHCF range of cakes and cookies - sold in supermarkets, am sure it would be a winner!
Seriously, its a real gap in the market! Do it, you'll have lots of customers here! haha
 
yesterday
B: flax seed and full fat yogurt
L: cucumber, cheese, olives
D: asparagus, poached eggs
 
Yesterday Tuesday
B 2 slices of weightwatchers wholemeal small bread with peanut butter. [ run out of lidl rolls]
L A few chicken breast bites from Asda / 1 small bag pork scratchings.
D 3 rivita / cottage cheese and pineapple
S 1 pear / half a bottle of diet coke
BG reading 2hrs after dinner 4.3

B 2 x Chops Egg and Tomato

L Boiled Egg
S Coffee n Cream
D Steak and Green Salad
Carbs 18g
 
B-2 fried eggs, tomato and mushrooms and warmed up few 'greens' as well that was left from last night
L- coffee with cream and 2 squares of dark chocolate
D-will be mackerel, avocado and some steamed broccoli with BUTTER!! (home grown, freshly picked broccoli..:happy::hungry:), g.yogurt and some berries in sauce (+ bran, some mixed seed & de-powder)
 
B: cup of tea
L: two beef burgers cooked in George Formby ? Thingy so fat is all drained off, with lettuce, tomato and onion, no buns.
D: some sort of panneer and vegetable concoction with chilli and garlic.
Water throughout day, may have a few blueberries and strawberries later.
 
B: Gluten-free crackers and cheese (@liam1955 what have you DONE to me!!! ;) )
L: Scallops, pancetta, steak, bearnaise sauce & green salad, strawberries
D (will be): Home-made beefburgers, mushrooms, salad; raspberries & cream
Carbs: 37.2g

I managed to go to Lidl today. They had 7 rolls left so I bought them all. I'll freeze some. :)
 
B: toast & boiled egg
L: small portion of homemade chips
D: battered fish, noodles & sweetcorn
Total carb overload, feel sick and blood readings rubbish. Back to eating properly tomorrow as hate feeling like this!
 
B - choc chai seed pudding with added cinnamon & flax seed. Coffee
L - 1/2 lidl HP roll,butter,egg mayo
D - Bolognese over cauliflower & broccoli

Snacks - Sugar free jelly with greek yoghurt. Port scratchings. Almonds.

L: crustless quiche (ham, feta, red pepper)
S: 2 squares 70%
D: sweet potato (size of an egg), courgetti and mushroom stir fry, smothered in cheese, cream and black pepper.

Shan't bother with the sweet potato again. Very pappy, mushy and floury. Odd, cos i used to love it and eat it regularly. Waste of good veg space! :D I will take a sugarsnap over it any day.
 
B: overnight chia-seedy-coconut-chocolate pudding
L: half a box Covent Garden soup with added ginger, chilli, garlic, olive oil and prawns
D: courgetti with avocado-spinach-brazil nut pesto (unable to finish, so now have a big lunch box for tomorrow)

D: Red Thai Chicken Curry with stir fried vegetables........my mouth is on fire, I just had 2 squares of 85% but couldn't taste it.
