What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Hi found this today in Fultons 3 for a £1 delicious.
Calories 71
Sugar 0.06g
Fat 5.3g:):)
Looks good! I bought some of the Diablo chocolate hazelnut spread, but unfortunately won't be able to buy any more because it was so delicious that I couldn't leave it alone! I have no self-control whatsoever when it comes to chocolate... :sorry:

Just finished my 36 hour fast, which has tipped over to 42 hours - feel remarkably good and just about to have a big cooked breakfast with my wife, fried in butter, but of course, no carbs. :)
You're going to fry your wife in butter???????!!!!! Is that legal? ;)

Day 2: Operation Leafy Green ;)

B: kale with avocado and a fried egg (and butter and plenty of black pepper)
L: halloumi and 70% choc
D: green soup: rainbow chard, courgette, red pepper, samphire, spring onion, cashew nuts, chicken stock and halloumi. 3 bowls. Still peckish. More cheese or berriesncream, incoming....
Green soup - that's an inspired solution!

B: Chocolate chia pudding & black cherries
L: Ham salad, raspberries & coyo
D (will be): Chili con carne, cauliflower rice & sour cream
(I was going to have BFG for pudding, but I'm fed up with it now so I chucked the remainder in the bin. The rest of the family wouldn't touch it with a bargepole, purely because it didn't contain any sugar or flour. --sigh--)

Have i missed something? I thought BFG = Big Friendly Giant...?

Day 3 of Leafy Green:
B: coffeencream
L: kale stirfry with 3 eggs, butter and black pepper. Then 70% 4 squares
D: smoked mackerel, beef tom, coleslaw, guacamole, spinach leaves, berriesncream to follow, if i need it.

B - water, green tea & supplements
L- 4 streaky bacon, 2 fried eggs in coconut oil, small piece of cheese
S- coconut cream
D- beef nam tok, leeks in butter
P- probably more coconut cream

B: Hi/Lo toast with lemon curd
L: ham, brie, coleslaw, salad leaves
D: prawn coconut curry, coconut flatbread
S: BabyBel - several

I have just posted a blog post on what I ate yesterday and how my blood sugars were. They are so low a lot of the time (I am 24 weeks pregnant). The post is here ---> http://paleowithmrsp.com/what-i-ate-wednesday-2/
Otherwise today so far I have had:
B- 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 an avocado, 3 cherry tomatoes, 1 slice nut bread, wok'd kale
L- raw courgette noodles, chicken, spring onion, roasted beetroot, roasted aubergine with tahini

B: Boiled eggs, Sukrin low-carb roll
L: Mixed salad leaves & celery with olive oil & vinegar dressing; frozen black cherries & Coyo natural yoghurt
D (will be): Curried pork, cauliflower rice, sour cream (No sultanas --sob-- I used to LOVE sultanas in curried pork.....:arghh:)
S: Raspberries
Carbs: 40.1g
Getting very "energised" around the black cherries now. They are delicious, but they're 11.5g carbs per 100g and I'm finding it hard to resist them. They don't seem to spike me as long as I stick to 100g, but that's getting harder to do. :(
I think the trick is to not defrost them, so they take longer to eat!!
