D Scotch Egg / tuna / ham salad { first time trying the scotch egg Penfold}
BG reading 2 hrs after 5.5 Happy with this

I made a roast beef & swiss sandwich with mayo & mustard, couple thin slices of tomato on ...
not bread...
but something that tastes almost just like bread and only 1-2g per slice!
i.e. processed cheese slice (the ones that often come individually wrapped in plastic) .. take plastic off throw on parchment/wax/freezer paper and microwave for 45 seconds to a minute. It'll puff up nicely and be airy and a bit crunchy. What a yummy sandwich it was!

L: can't actually remember if I had anything - it's has been a long day ... might explain why I'm 4.7 now
D: red Thai chicken curry from Cook (8g carbs!) and half a portion of Jasmine rice - I might have some Oppo for dessert :)

D: am missing having breakfast so had breakfast for dinner. Scrambled egg, mushrooms, sausages:p

Yesterday:

L: crustless quiche and 70% choc
D: oldstyle prawn cocktail, no bread. Steak, mushroom, tomato, onion, few chips. Followed by half baked cheesecake, left the base.

Today:

B: none
L: none
D: 2 Black Farmers sausages, cauli cheese, asparagus and broccoli in butter. Will have coyo later.
 
Fast day 8 today

D bacon and eggs, choc chia pudding. Coffee.

Bad headache...need bed ASAP!! X

Just eaten Suger Free jelly with Rubarbe, it's also carb free . The tast is a mix of sweet and sour and the texture of eating trifle.
 
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, coffee with cream
Lunch: Vegetable Curry (no rice or nan)
Dinner: Butternut squash soup. Celeriac oven chips, salad and cheese
Snacks: a little Marmite cheddar, love these little babies!

I need to drink more water.

D: Thai red curry duck and vegetables, piece of fruit. Water.

Do not know what is going on with my blood sugar readings, 19 this am, 17.1 just now. Haven't really changed anything. Not been going on treadmill as much as I didn't want to slip on my bad arm. Back on that on Monday though! :mad:
