What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B:  Rye bread, toasted, with butter and homemade lemon curd
(This was sheer bloody-mindedness because I unexpectedly found a crusty rye boule in the freezer and just wanted it. Serves me right, because I've since felt like **** all day - tired, bloated, achey and lethargic - although my BGs didn't go any higher than 7.2 The rest of the loaf has gone in the bin)
L: Easy breakfast muffin; nectarine and pear (craving fruit)
D: Cold chicken, cold sausage (that No. 2 granddaughter didn't want!), avocado, baby plum tomatoes, cucumber; fresh fruit salad (as above, with added kiwis, strawberries and apple - still craving fruit!)

Feels as if it's been a pretty poor day as far as food's concerned.
:(

Updated - The fruit took me back to 7.1 after 2 hrs (normal for me is between 5.2 and 5.8) which isn't disastrous I suppose, but now I'm craving chocolate and I haven't had cravings for months prior to that **** bread!
Lesson learned.

I had fried minced beef w/ snow peas with some scrambled egg mixed in for breakfast. Along with a 1/2 piece of toast and some coffee with cashew milk in it & sweetened with stevia. Ate 5 blueberries as well.

Breakfast yogurt and a few raspberries and some nuts
L-lettuce with garlic and herb roule
T-pork chops x 3 with asparagus and spinach
Few coffees.
I have to be honest day two and i have steady sugars all day within target and whats more i am not hungry which is a huge bonus.

B: Easy Breakfast Muffins
L: Danish Blue cheese, baby plum tomatoes; fruit salad
D: Curried turkey steaks, cauliflower rice
S: Coyo vanilla yoghurt

B coconut milk smoothie with raspberries
L same as yesterday as i needed to use up the garlic and herb roule with salad
T-lamb chops, broccoli, and asparagus with few strawberries and cream-delicious.

B: Low Carb Cinnamon Crunch Breakfast Cereal, with cream, 7g carbs per portion, and nary a blip on my blood sugar. Seriously. You wouldn't know I had eaten anything. Awesome, eh?
L: Mozarrella, cherry toms and olives
D: Baked Salmon and ginger/lemon stir fry with peppers, carrots, broccoli.

Of course, my Cinnamon Crunch looks nothing like this, on account of me phaffing with the recipe. But it is delicious, and Mr B has said that he prefers it to muesli, and can I make more NOW cos it won't last long and this rate, and we might run out.
