Why do I browse this thread when trying to skip lunch and I'm hungry...... I must have masochistic tendencies....:hilarious::arghh::hungry:

Hello
B. Strawberries and yoghurt

L. Camambert and walnuts

D. Italian restaurant. Campo di funghi ( mushrooms on rocket with balsamic dressing topped with pancetta, chorizo and finally melted mozarella) delicious and helped me resist the garlic bread. Sirloin steak with tomato and onion salad. I resisted the garlic roast potatoes . Lovely meal and my halo remained in tact.

Yes it is a pomegranate pot day. :)

And I did have that wee prosecco with a square of Lindt 90%....

Hmmm... Lets see...

B: coffeesubstitute and cream
L: dietdoctor baked chilli salmon and spinach. Love it love it love it.
D: dietdoctor fetabeefburgers with an Enormous green salad
S: low carb chocolate 'milk' - not sure this last was strictly speaking necessary...

Yahoo! But how did you restrain the DP?

I wish I knew! No discernible difference in routine or eating habits. And the two days before I'd shot up from mid 6s to 8s before breakfast, again with no obvious reason.

My only theory at this point is an almost zero carb dinner the night before- had a long day at work so abandoned my plan for bolognese with courgetti and ate a pack of salami and cheese out of the fridge. Will test that theory again at some point.

Made with oopsie bread. This was a ham version. Yesterday's had chicken on it. Here's the oopsie recipe.
