Snack:  Half punnet of raspberries
Dinner:  Mr C was cooking:  chicken tikka and lamb tikka (kebab style) with an aubergine side curry and cauliflower rice
today:
Brunch:  Yes, Toby Carvery buffet breakfast again 

  sausages, mushrooms, bacon, eggs, one tomato, small amount of baked beans
Dinner:  Friends over so roast lamb, roast parsnips, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, gravy, mint sauce
Pud:  Low carb lemon cheesecake with raspberries
Lots of wine
