OK changed it slightly. The roast cauliflower is one @Brunneria came up with and it is spicy. So put me in the mood for more spice so there are mini peppers stuffed with cream cheese and chilli, stuck with the spinach and dropped the sprouts and cauliflower taters. The carb eaters have roast potatoes too and I still have the low carb Yorkshire puddings - they look like proper Yorkshire puddings - hope they taste like them too.Bed 5.2 FBG 5.6 and pre breakfast was 6.6 so figures are improving again. Looking forward to dinner tonight. I have Tesco GF Yorkshire puddings. Frozen ones from their Free From range at only 4.5 g carbs. Hope they taste good.
B. Slice Bfree GF bread toasted with thin sliced ham and boiled egg. Tassimo morning coffee with cream.
L. Nothing
D. Campari and soda and a wee prosecco.

Rib roast with low carb GF Yorkshire pudding, sprouts, roast cauliflower and cauliflower taters. May have spinach too.
Few strawberries and raspberries with cream.
