Yesterday:

L: prawn cocktail with half a slice of brown bread - but it is OK, i smothered it in butter, to kill the carbs - then steak and salad, and a few chips with mushrooms, 3 tiddly onion rings and a grilled tom.  Then we shared a portion of profiteroles.  These are my dream dessert.  I am incapable of resisting.  But these (all 2.5 of them) were a sad disappointment, and really not worth the carbs.

D: not necessary. But i did force down 2 squares of good choc at 8pm, to exorcise the pathetic memory of the profiteroles.
Today:
B: home cured (by me, at home) bacon and 2 fried eggs.
L: Lidl roll with St Agur cheese
D: will be slow cooked, pulled belly pork in jerk or gumbo spices, havent yet finished it off. with mediterranean veg.
