Brekky - 15g oatbran + 15g whole rolled oats + 1/2 water & 1/2 semiskim
snack - a tablespoon of leftover rhubarb and a small handful of cashew nuts
lunch - 60g spinach + walnuts + cidervingar&oliveoil dressing + 1/4 tin drained mixed bean salad + sunflower seeds + boiled egg
snack - 5g dry branflakes, 10g goats cheese
dinner - braised beef, peas, carrot, skin from a baked potato that my mrs ate
a glass of dry white wine - yuk, I normally drink red
