Same breakfast an lunch. Had cherry tomato, red pepper, red onion and turkey seasoned with jerk spices and roasted with a mound of extra mature cheddar for dinner.

For pudding I had a packet of dark chocolate buttons (only available in Sainsbury's), only 10g carbs per pack. YOU MUST BUY THESE, THEY ARE AMAZING!!! Here's a link: http://www.beyonddark.co.uk

Website says my Sainsbury's has them. Just over the road so I'm off there right now :)

Quadruple espresso?!

Lol, many years ago before I got kicked upstairs I was a hardcore low level systems programmer, did all my best work at 3am. I have cut right back on my coffee intake but still like a good hard fix first thing in the morning, I don't have any more after that though.

Me too Tommo, embedded C in the olden days. Moved "upstairs" (or sideways maybe!) now too.

I'm intrigued by the varying quantities that people put away per day - some I think I'd starve to death on...

Breakfast:
small chicken thigh and handful raw baby spinach, herbal tea and a bit of water

Lunch: feta cheese, 5 olives, 2 cherry tomatoes, handful fresh basil all in olive oil, again herbal tea & water

Dinner: Lovely piece of steak with cream & mushroom sauce, and masses of broccoli, 1 square Lindt 85% chocolate, again herbal tea & water

No snack but water throughout the day, I can't drink enough at the moment, and I used to drink gallons!

I'll have more salad - saved from dinner- with a bit more cheese for supper.

Robbity

I usually aim for about 1600 net calories, so the amount I eat depends on how active I am with my exercise, I normally burn between 400-600 cals a day at this time of year so I'm actually consuming between 2000 and 2200 cals per day

Awesome Robert! Glad to see you've embraced the cauli mash. It's great isn't it?

Me:
B: mackerel and eggs
L: linseed loaf sandwich, boiled egg, yogurt
D: mixed kebab from the takeaway (minus the naan bread) and dark rum and diet coke (off to Ireland tomorrow to watch the rugby, so today is Friday to me!)

I must try this linseed loaf, as it's gluten-free :)

Have a good trip

Breakfast: cheese and mushroom omelette. Coffee - decaf with double cream.
Lunch: blueberries, almonds, a babybel and coffee.
Dinner: quorn peppered steak, green beans, cheesy cauliflower mash, tsp ketchup.

Pretty boring really, but it all hit the spot :)

Breakfast: as usual, bacon and mushrooms fried in coconut oil.
Lunch: cheese salad with hellmanns full fat mayo
Late afternoon: decaf coffee with cream, few almonds and walnuts.
Dinner: left over beef casserole from last night, celeriac and Savoy cabbage followed by berry jelly and double cream.
Bedtime drink of warm Almond "Milk"
BGs have stayed between 4.6 and 5.8 all day so I'm happy :)
