Late "midnight snack" /early brekkie: 2 of my coconut snowballs, cup of coffee with almond milk & a few drops of stevia.
Late lunch (wasn't really hungry): almond and blueberry muffin with last of last weeks blueberries to finish them off, with clotted cream, another snowball and herb tea.
Dinner: mixed veggies (green beans, mangetout, baby sweet corn and 1 1/2 baby carrots), a few slices of avocado, with king prawns, a bit of bacon - where did that come from??? - and a cream sauce. Raspberries, clotted cream and homemade shortcake - which was a disaster this week and ended up in pieces. Herb tea.
