I dreamed of pickled eggs!!
Today's menu will NOT include pickled eggs or pickled onions
Breakfast: Longley cottage cheese with flaked almonds and carb free syrup (blueberry and lavender)
Lunch: Ryvita and Longley cream cheese (this cream cheese is low carb and absolutely gorgeous)
Dinner: a sort of hash made from daikon (pre-cooked and frozen), red onion and grated cheddar - might have some of the huge amount of French beans growing in the garden
@SlimLizzy - I am in the same situation of having far too much of some veg, lettuce, raspberries and tomatoes all ready in the garden right now. I might draw a plan on the back of the calender with a realistic idea of how much of each item we need to grow next year. I do wish I'd put in more fennel though.I
