B: Eggy bread which hubby made.... made with 5 eggs. Soggy on the bottom YUK!
L: Lidl roll with butter...cheese and ham. Next time having only half a lidl roll with C & H
D: Home made (from the carcase) Chicken Soup... carby veg in it...am estimating 2 1/2 g carbs each for swede, carrot, onion.... total 7 1/2 carbs. Lidl roll. total 17 1/2 g carbs not a bad day low carbing!

L: Tin of tuna drained with I small chili gherkin chopped in it, mixed with spices and mayo

No snacks as of yet, haven't been hungry in between. Will have a chunk of cheese later if feel peckish...

A break in routine today. 
B: bacon and egg with approx a tablepoon of beans and half a slice of toast. Then straight out for a brisk dog walk to burn off that glucose.
L: not needed
S: handful of black pepper cashews the rest are in a sealed pot at the far end of the kitchen. Any bets how long they will stay there?
D: chicken breast with stir fried med veg, extra GARLIC and a spoon of cream cheese stirred in at the last moment.
Replete at the moment.
As always, I may have berries and cream later, and 9 times out of 10 i forget! Ha ha!

It was scrummy - and only took about 15 minutes to cook. Bonus!!That looks delish!

D. Chicken leg, carrots, onion and cabbage with gravy.
6 strawberries with Greek style natural yoghurt
As Bake Off is on this evening I will have a piece of Camambert on standby. I didn't eat the Camambert.

B chia seeds in almond milk
L. Fish pie (homemade and no potato topping) with peas
A mixture of haddock, smoked haddock , 6 grapes, prawns in a sauce made from condensed soup topped with grated cheese. No pastry or potato
40 minutes swimming

Oh and a glass of Gaillac
Update: BG reading of 4.6 90 mins after 1st bite Vs 5.4 before dinner
Reward will be 2 squares of Lindt 90% so the 'Tableau' will never happen
