Thanks Ian... I missed all of you too... plan to be here more frequently
Hi Shas welcome back, glad you found our new spiritual home! Good luck with the tests.
The slim twin put on some weight... just a bit... but mostly muscle... and he is sure glad about it
Sorry to butt in but great news Bubbsie hope life continues to get better. Probs way too soon but would you consider “one of your own”? Xx
Slim AND Hench..a good look.
I BET he's pleased...
welcome back to the fold fella.
Just sat down with a coffee and the fan (after big ironing session) and forgot how good Catweazel was...thanks young jj
good morning all
my computer monitor appeared to have died this morning, no reasuring little blue standby light, no power. Thankfully after excavating the cables etc. from under the desk it was a power connection which had become unseated from it's socket
it's amazing (and a bit scary) how stressful being cut off from the internet feels to me now
I love to check in at least once a day, if not more often, to see how we are all doing and how the world is with you
Hope your day is treating you kindly
Agree..we are all Nonchalant..UNTIL it goes down....
And i'm the same on here. and for the same reasons.
Enjoy the day, @geefull ..nice scores to start it off.
Here is the twin
Thanks PM...you know its odd but life without Harry is tidier...less frantic & Churchill is loving having the place to himself again...he gets to eat his own food...sunbathe on the back doorstep & doesn't get chased...the floors stay relatively clean...having said that I'd have 'Plumpy' back in an instant...no other dog for me at the moment...possibly I will think about it in a while...maybe next year.
Just watching some classic TV myself PM...Simon Templar in The Saint...he was just so dammed handsome.
I wish you all a very good day
such a huge difference....a new younger model of the old you, for definite,
really knocking it out of the park..
Agree...gorgeous...is that on one of the Sky channels?
Monday morning off and running ... 6.6 on the meter ... 23 degrees on the thermometer ... as long as I get out and about before noon I probably won't melt.
@Shas3 good to see you back.
What a load of twaddle the article in the link is pedaling. If I had taken that advice then I would be as fat as the fattest fatty on fat road in fat town, be on drugs to control my diabetes and be worrying about my eyes and my feet.
This sort of thing should come with accountability penalties.
It was the sheer stupidity and illogicality of this line that disgusted me:
The amount of carbohydrates you eat will directly affect your blood glucose levels so it is important that you integrate it into your daily diet.
It was on freeview ITV4 I think it's daily at 12.35
Top, top man. 5.3 is the Ian way today.
