Creative... A kaleidoscope...
Still sorting my bedroom, is taking me longer than I realise to reorganize it.
Night night
Sweet dreams..

Thank you so much @gennepherI think these watercolour paintings, your Art bits are amazing @dunelm
Thank you @ianpspursGood morning all - other mornings are available on Cyber Monday discount at all good stores and some frankly rank ones. Quite mild weather here currently. Hive is set at 15 overnight and until 7.00 am but it was 17 at 6.15 am. Those £ coins were floating around by 8.15 when the schedule goes up to a balmy and barmy 18 degrees. @dunelm thank you for sharing yet more of your wonderful art. For me that red roof softens the otherwise bleak art just enough to offer the faintest of hope. A busy day for you yesterday meeting family and most importantly changing the vital spoon. Mine was busy in a more A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court famous song kind of way. @gennepher thank you for the video and kaleidoscope - after a few looks and some head scratching I can see a festive vibe in that kaleidoscope, the star shape in the centre helps. Hug for the sheer amount of work in sorting out that bedroom. @Krystyna23040 I'll pm you with my thoughts on the UPF programme. So far today I've had no UPFs. The soup (mainly spinach) and keto mince pies we plan to make later also will have no UPFs - everything is always in our fridges or store cupboards. The (Christian) theme for this week is hope and peace which is thoroughly laudable for people of all faiths or none. I wish you all those gifts which I see as God's grace and mercy. Peace be with you.

Quite a day for you that Wednesday. Must have felt awful - other words are available - by bedtime but kudos to you for waking up determined to sort it. Hopefully sharing the experience is in some way cathartic. Enjoy your week off.Greeting all.
Been quiet of late so I thought I'd pipe up.
A sultry 6.5 FBG this am
A week off work, not going anywhere so just a little chill time.
Wasn't going to mention but a poor day last Wednesday.
Not too sure how to take it .
Woke up, felt rough as the proverbial while getting washed
Almost cried off work... almost .
I take car to station, ( near by but too far to walk for me )
Park up & lock it .
Absolutely tipping it down (silly o'clock am) rain mac, hat, water pouring off me as I move.
I head to station, bank card for scanning at barrier in pocket.
Halfway there I check ...
Oh no ...card missing .
Back to car retrace steps ...no card.
Load up spare card, but now missing train , so I'm late (hate being late).
Awful day at work, feel 'off' all day, bristle at almost everything
Home time, train home delayed & packed, don't deal with crowds that well..thankfully it's a short journey..arrive back at car.
Well I would have if it was still there.....eek
It's been stolen.
Nephew or niece borrowed it but forgot to mention goes through my head .
While no car, I check ground in dark to see if I can at least see my bank card.......
Only for a car, lights ablaze (bye bye night vision) to park on a near empty street... on THAT spot .
I raise my eyes to plead to the gods for a small break in this awful day ...
And then I spot it.....
"Parking suspended ' on a pole a few cars back from where I parked .
Ok mystery over...what's the cost...I go online to the website , car pound towing fee & parking ticket just north of £400 smackers ..aagghh.
Cane out & a painfully slow mournful walk home , musing at the unexpected cost & once home I rest up & apply heat to knee, wondering why I bother working.
I try putting it on the back burner, as you do and chalk it down to 'experience'...
Well I try .
Next morning I wake up determined to sort it come what may
Upshot is niece tells me they don't always tow to pound....
Hers wasn't ...interesting
Sensibly they just move car a few streets away and fine you the parking penalty (£65 if paid in ..etc )
I check ..mines a block over where I parked ...
I collect it relieved it only cost £65 not £400.
I bowl around feeling £340 richer stupidly ...lol
So yeah, a pee poor day, followed by a little Ray of sensibleness bringing a lightness to the dark of the previous day ...the End.
Anyway, all good here
A few health assessment appointments re accident, so an 'almost' week being left to my own devices ...nice .
Stay safe all.
I understand from my friend D that the card factory shop is a nightmare at the moment...Day four of decs.
Nightmare scenario.
But first cos of other factors this week, I did card shop.
Which is two hours of my life I will never get back.I
Bad day at black rock.
And no time to explain.
Hoping your day is less stressful than mine.
Best wishes.
Wow, a blooming awful day @jjraakGreeting all.
