What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

What is this sun of which you talk? Send @alf_Josiah some of your mmols via that there interweb and all the dories are hunky - simples :playful:
Sol.
I'm aware that it is elusive, but for the first time in a long time, my mood is better just seeing it, getting outside without layers and doing a bit, has cheered me up. Little things I know, but that is worth it.
The only times I was in regular fours was when I was going hypo. @alf_Josiah can gladly have em. I will wish them to him, if he is receptive.

He doesn't want them either - just split them sensibly. Don't ever mention Sol again - you know why. That guy from the D and D has me listening to songs from that foreign place where they did things differently. This is what I believe some called a right touch back then.

Its just the normal noises in here :D Even the losers get lucky sometimes (top, top song) perhaps Refugee is more typical. How are all the joints and sinews now? I expect you had a walk today perhaps not full speed ahead but D**n the torpedoes I would wager.
Just 3 miles today to loosen up the sinews. Will This help sort out the dance of the night cramps?

Sun today...
It is going down now...out of sight behind the bungalows...
Sorting and tidying here...
Creative... I tried taking a kaleidoscope of lace curtains with the sun shining through, but the picture didn't work, it didn't look anything... so then I took a photo of a velvety orange blanket...
That worked so you have a velvety orange blanket Kaleidoscope for today.

I am trying to tidy my front room so I can do more artwork, but it is a mess at the moment....

I am on the day bed, I can feel the temperature dropping with the sun having gone out of sight... either I snuggle further under these blankets, I do have a black fairy blanket on me (spellcheck always calls Midnight a black fairy blanket, it doesn't matter how many times I say the word f u r r y, it won't write it)... or I get up and do some more tidying.... I think I'm going to snuggle further under the blankets... cat agrees... I will see how long my tummy lasts, I have not had lunch yet and it is 3:15 pm...

Enjoy the rest of your day
Take care

Ah! The advantages (not) of productive toxt! Smashing kaleidoscope - it’s like a fancy Indian sweet treat and I’m going to eat it.

I'm so glad you chose your words wisely when asking.
unfortunately, a rag, that bears the same name, is one I want nowt to do with.
and I would be really offended if it was.
Any decent society, would have banished it to the dustbin of shame.
And it's owners and editors.
Scum!
It is no surprise to me that this country has the need to have so many enquiries into these powerful brokers.
Who hold the rest of us in complete and utter contempt.
The rule of law is not powerful enough to stop the corruption of our supposed elite.
The lies have to stop.

Suppose you don't buy the soup either?

Everyone does things differently than what we British do.
We are known to be above everyone, that is why we had an empire, to ensure the others how to live the British way.
And because of the empire we can get tea and coffee, never mind the sugar to go in it.
Only us brits know how to drink tea properly!
Tiffin is essential. Afternoon tea is mandatory.

its good to stay in touch but remember Bonnie needs her screen time rationing.
Yes, we must protect Bonnie from too much screen time @ianpspurs.

An interesting comment about Bonnie being intelligent because she comes from Cambs :) :)

She is actually a really quick learner so must be intelligent. I don't think that l have ever had a puppy who is such a quick learner.

Wow!
I have just had an email off the Matron of the eye hospital. My letter of concerns over my deafness impacting on my outpatient visit have apparently been shared at a Quality and Safety meeting.
She would like to share my concerns with other teams within the Hospital, because they do not currently have Deafness Awareness training. They are hoping at sometime to set one up.
She has asked me to write a fuller account of my experience as a deaf person at the hospital.
And it will be shared at the next meeting.

All the agonising and worrying I did about sending that letter of Concern and not knowing if it was the right thing to do, it appears it was and that is very encouraging .

Exactly. I rest my case Your Honour.

Marvelous and hope that your input will help. Very odd that they do not currently had Deafness Awareness training. One wonders what else they lack.

If you remember the other day I posted about the rather tragic circumstances regarding the group of people that we were acquainted with in Wigan and one had been the victim of a brutal crime the next day channel 4 broadcast a documentary about the case in their new series Manhunt we found it quite disconcerting.

Yes @gennepher it was definitely the right thing to do and will hopefully stop the same thing happening to anyone else in the future.
