I was good with what I chose, yet I am 8.6 this morning. So maybe some hidden sugars in the meal. Only drank black coffee all day. Also I ate much later than I normally do, mid afternoon.
It was a good day. Going out for breakfast in a minute as soon as she has showered.

Today is one of my favourites, geek cafe. It should be 'aspie cafe day' but as we now just discuss gaming and rigs it's more geeky. We don't meet in person very often but as we live very close to each other it's nice to lose the 'antisocial' tag for a while before going back to Discord and Teamspeak
Morning...eye screening this morning good & early so that will be out of the way...got myself busy yesterday painting the window ledges & front door...I must say they both look better than I expected fine in fact...another coat on the front door & the brass knocker...then a good tidy up as friends coming for supper...woke to a 6.6 got on the chocolate chip cookies bought for my friends children yesterday...think I'll put them on a plate so they won't notice I've opened the packet.

Thanks for the 'get out' PMb ut it was nothing to do with the eye clinic...I'm just weak willed at times (not often) and I wanted them because they were in the cupboard!...once my little visitors have left the cookies will no longer be in the building.good luck with the eye clinic enough to send anyone in the direction of choc chip cookies!

@SaskiaKC you have hit the nail on the head, grooming, the very reason I stopped riding. If I had a groom I might still ride.For ' Mountain Bike' read 'Horse' and the question is answered.
And the bike doesn't have to be groomed or tacked up or have its wheels picked.
