Yes, it is improving.Well, you rose to and well above that challenge. Isn't that fbg better than lately as well? Have a great day.
Thank you @Muddy Cyclist@gennepher A magical night captured, a bold blue, love it.
I'm sure we could reach a deal, I also have some ear plugs used for amplified gigs, not often these days though. However our TV does not do Sport Programs so come here and you won't need the ear plugs.Could I rent out your fall asleep chair and log stove on Sunday. Perfect for relaxing.

It sure is, only problem is on evenings it's far to easy to fall asleep in, fed, wine, warmth, comfy chair are all a disastrous combination and catalyst for snoozing.@Muddy Cyclist what a lovely, peaceful and tasteful environment to relax in after cycling, painting, gardening and music making. Thank you for posting and enjoy for many years to com
20-01-2020Good morning/evening folks, a 5.5 on the dice after another failed toad in the hole, more like toad in the pancake.
Have a lovely day all, bin day here.
Soooo frustrating!Morning… tired today want to stay in bed but too much to do...still experimenting with extra low carb and trying to eat just once/twice a day so far levels are higher...another couple of days then it's all change used to have better results when I ate more...woke to a 6.7
Already got one of those. It's called a hubsta. Had it 33 years and has taught itself it 'switch off' when necessary. Funnily enough the word diabetes usually shuts it down completely ;-)I have heard that there is a male version of Alexa about to be launched; it ignores everything you say.
A little but it shows how we have to find what suits us best...bizarrely I did better when eating slightly more carbs & ate high protein bread...possibly I'd got used to that...it's all in a good cause though.Soooo frustrating!
this is hilarious debandez ive got one too only had mine for 25 years may need a newer modelAlready got one of those. It's called a hubsta. Had it 33 years and has taught itself it 'switch off' when necessary. Funnily enough the word diabetes usually shuts it down completely ;-)
Female model has the same defects. Mind you, mine is 35 years old so newer models may have fixed the problem.this is hilarious debandez ive got one too only had mine for 25 years may need a newer model
Yes, I have suspected this for ages also. The first chicken breast was huge and really thick and must have easily been 180g. The second was definitely smaller and thinner and I think I had about 75g.
I enjoyed the 75g of chicken a lot more as the ratio of cheese and bacon to chicken was much larger than the previous day - so the meal was much tastier. It was also good to see the doggies enjoying their chicken breakfast the next morning.
When I did domestic science at school in the early 70s we were told that to calculate the amount of meat needed for a recipe, to allow 4oz off the bone and 6oz if on the bone per person. This seems a very sensible amount still but I think these days portions have got bigger. The chicken breasts I get from the butcher are often around 200g each, like the ones you were served. Even in the eighties a quarter pounder burger was advertised as being a really big burger, now it’s normal. I will try to keep this and your testing in mind.
Thanks PM I'm still experimenting so overall I'm expecting ups & downs so not disappointed...and how could I start my day with a frown with these two
