Hug
@Annb for the shoulder
But bravo for the zoom.
I only used that once 2019 for job & last year for therapy
Great when it works well & first time.
And a learning/adjustment curve to interacting I found .
Unsure how helpful my post can be, but at similar time to my accident, nephew tripped over bike in his hallway and broke his shoulder too.
Therapy for both of us was what we called "the spider".
Simply face a wall or surface side on, bad shoulder side to walk & walk your fingers up as high as is comfortable..repeat 10x
And do daily .
I also got shown a weighted lift to improve movement & muscle strength
It was, seated normally , rest elbow on thigh/knee.
Raise arm fist pointing skywards pivot Lower forearm from elbow only, down between legs .
Lift arm upwards & outwards to just in front of knee.
Repeat as comfortable 10x.
When I started, THAT was a challenge .
But I could soon do them with a weight (can of soup).
Now back at gym I'm able to continue that progress by using dumbbells (5kg).
Not quite able to raise barbell weights again safely, but getting there.
May not be suitable for you, just thought I'd offer what little I knew & had experience of shoulder exercises that worked for me & my condition at the time.
Best wishes, zoom improve things as you go
