Morning all
It seems to be bright and sunny everywhere so a good day ahead for all I hope.

5.6 today, very happy. Not sure if it was the 2 glasses of red last night or the extra exercise. I shall continue with both.

@ianpspurs don’t go mad will you? You only have a couple of weeks til your MRI and you only have one back, don’t ****** it up. Your numbers are great as it is.
@DJC3 Great start to your day - wine and cardio is the way ahead (until it isn't). Didn't go mad and wore the lower back support. My numbers are MEH still inching forward too slowly for my liking.

Alf, that number is looking respectable - oh well, one brick at a time!

Thanks, but due my medications that number is a little low for me. I work on the principal what is going to kill me first, my underlying medical condition or the diabetes. The diabetes is to be treated as secondary. The words from the liver specialists and researchers.
Fasting and low carbs are dangerous for me. As I have stated before numbers in the 4's would put me back in hospital. Be careful in the quest for low numbers.
Have a good weekend enjoy your footy the ball.

The one brick at a time was aimed at the respectable part i.e. making you respectable one brick at a time not your numbers which are fine. We all have our own targets and "baggage":)

good morning all :)

4.4 today

We're in the sunshine at the moment so some shopping first (need LCHF supplies ;) ) and then perhaps over to mum's for a bit of gardening. Have a good day all :)

Brilliant. Don't test too soon after walk. I was apoplectic to see 5.7 at approx 55 mins after weights but tested again at 1hr 15 mins and 4.9. Wildlife is now safe o_O

My goodness! 5.2 now just before breaking my fast. I don’t think I’ve ever been this low, certainly not at this time of day: I’m usually heading towards, if not already in 7s by now.
You are a genius @ianpspurs x

5.2 this sunny morn. Couldnt get out of the 6s yesterday in spite of 12k walk and weights. My weight is dropping but not my BG , might be because of a head cold. Have a good weekend.

This is such a wierd disease. I’m the opposite at the moment: bg numbers are dropping but I’d put on a kilo last time I weighed myself!

It is all down to you putting in the "hard yards". Aches and pains might just be a good swap for potential complications n'est-ce pas? :)

Clicked on your link @ianpspurs and it tells me "bad request" Interesting, I wonder if it's just me.
