    yes I do, quite religious about it. have managed to get it into single figuresnow took some doing, lots of adjustment dosages today

    Nice numbers @Canvaspic and I hope all went well with ECG or if results come later all goes well. What is really special about this thread, at least, is the concern members such as yourself express for others even when they themselves have concerns to deal with.

    Honestly Phil I have no clue all three times I’ve randomly checked and I’m low and no matter what I’ve eaten this evening I can’t seem to get higher than 6.6

    Well still off topic a bit but have gone from 12.1 and then 9.0 after lunch to 9.7 before dinner to 5.4 after dinner what a day.

    Sounds like a real roller coaster for you but the post dinner level is fine so hopefully you are back on an even keel

    Little high during the night, then coming down to 5.2 around 5am, sip of juice, up to 8.1, bolus, down to 5.6 at breakfast time. :) I guess I'll put that down as a smiley face?

    Hi Everyone,
    I hope your all doing as well as you expect to be doing today, whilst dealing with this beast of a condition, we're all burdened with.

    This morning my BGL's were 7.9 at 06.45 hrs, I've been in the 7's for just over a week now which for myself is okay as I feel great and that's whats counts most I feel.
