What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

good morning all :)

4.3 today

chucked it down with rain during the night here but dry and bright now :)

after having no water on Wednesday morning and the water board digging a hole further down the street to fix the leak it looks as if we'll have to ring them this morning because there is a trickle of water coming up through the tarmac further up the street now :sorry: All part of life's rich tapestry ;)

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and all who weighed this morning.

A distinctly average 6.7 for me this morning.

Well folks confession time 3 weeks ago I had to start taking warfarin and I been monitoring how and if it will affect my blood sugars, so far I haven't noticed any direct effects, but the more insidious diatry changes will take some time show, low carb is now more difficult.

Have a good day, mine is over Mrs J has already given me 2 severe telling orfs and she has only been out of her pit lair for 30 minutes, must have been something I said and did like breathing.

Hi @alf_Josiah I'm on Warfarin and it makes no difference to my Bg. I have lost 5 stone and dropped my Bg right down and the INR readings have stayed the same, so you should be ok. :)
