@PenguinMum yes, very glad it’s the weekend. I don’t normally work particularly long hours. It’s just been very busy and intense recently. I was saying that I don’t see the need to supplement for vitamin c or the b vitamins as I get enough through what I eat. There’s a lot of discussion about differing needs for various types of vitamins depending on the way of eating you follow - see link below for one such discussion and links to further studies.
What I’ve learned from my journey to date is all traditional advice relating to food intake needs to be taken with a pinch of salt and investigated/adapted to your own needs. Personally I’m listening to my body more - if I feel good, have energy (I have it to burn these days), am thinking clearly and generally healthy, then I see no reason to change.
