6.8 today, stay safe everyone.
In fact the last time that happened to me I tested again and got 5.1
Being relaxed is good for BG so a little treat every now and again is no bad thing.
Happy birthday- shame your team couldn’t give you a win yesterday. Have a great day.
6.7 this morning tested at 7.30 but only just got on internet . Have a blessed Sunday everyone x
Happy birthday goonergal have a fab day
good morning all
@Goonergal happy birthday
blowing half a gale here this morning with some heavy showers, could be a quick walk today
hope your day treats you well
One out of 2 ain't bad - tempting fate with Manchego Utd today
It’s gonna be belter - looking forward to it.
Isn’t it just. I went from XL to M last year in 5 months. And then i ordered a sports top and the supplier sent me a small by mistake. I thought I may as well try it on - it’s a bit figure hugging but for training it’s great. Made my day.
6.5 better than yesterday! I had hone made veg curry with daal and 2 spoons of rice on Friday. It usually takes 2 days to sort itself out. Should be back to normal tomorrow
Not nice ! Hope you’re ok now
Between that and NFL play offs today, provided we win, is set up to be very Elbow
Happy birthday dear ️️
6.0 at 11:45 did a lot of treadmill yesterday 90 minutes but not even that gets my blood glucose low , but happy with this number anyway
Bombay mix & gin & tonic...if I'd known I'd have joined you PM...and a 7.3 for such delights not bad...I'd take it
Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and all who will brave the weather yesterday.
A low for me 5.2 this morning.
Today is the day to mix up the laws of Engrish grammar, so strike when you had the chance. hehehehe
Lol thanks Bubbsie...that would have been fun!
6.4 this morning, thrilled to bits with that. It's the sofa gym, I know it! Putting the books into the shelves very kindly assembled for me by Mr P. Hope that everyone is having a good weekend, weather is brightening up a bit, so I think I will head out for a little walk in a while.
4.5 for me this morning.
@Goacher55 your homemade veg curry sounds lovely, they are the best. Rice or rice flour is a thing of the past for me, as even tiny amounts spike me terribly. I either leave it out or have konjac rice or cauliflower rice when everyone else has basmati (south Indian son-in-law) . Have you tested dals? I find I can't have them either (some people can , but unfortunately I'm not one of them). All the beans spike me with the exception of black soybeans (must try mung beans, I hear they are lower in carbs.) Strangely although chana/chickpeas spike me, besan/chickpea flour in small amounts doesn't cause spikes for me.
My weight loss was better this week - 3 lbs or 1.3 kg
That gives me a total loss so far of 79.39 lbs (35.7 lb or 5 stone 9), I've now lost over 29% of my starting weight.
