Himalayan pink salt would be good to add to your woe it contains extra minerals like potassium and magnesium.
I also like many others take magnesium the bisglycinate version which seems to be absorbed better.
I used to have severe cramp but it’s much rarer for me these days.
Body does need salt and on this woe you lose a lot of salt.....
jjraak it so easy even you could do it...honestly would I lie to you?Bubbsie you sure you posted the right information..?

I hope the BP remains stable...just the thought of having to go to the surgery makes me want to scream...seeing Dr Dreadful would be too much...tempted to poke him & tell him to sit up & pay attention...our surgery.is over subscribed yet they still accept new patients...there are new estates being erected at a vast pace here(thankfully not right where I live) and no new practices planned...worrying.shame it comes to us feeling that way about those who are meant to be there to help us.

Your very welcome saskia happy to be of serviceThis had me in absolute tears! Thanks, @karen8967 , I needed that.
Going to see if we can get liquid form. That's the future i think. Tablets are a struggle.5.1 this morning, much earlier than I usually test so that’s probably why it’s lower, but I’m very happy after a day of astonishing and uncalled for high bgs yesterday.
@Debandez if you cant get the liquid form how about pushing it into a spoonful of peanut butter. They are such large pills though aren’t they? Doesn’t make it easy.
@SaskiaKC I’m with you there - never too early for breakfast!
