6.6 for me this morning. Im going the wrong way now. I wasn't going to post but thought I would to show others we all get higher numbers from time to time and we don't always understand why! The only thing different is that I've tested later

I get those random highs sometimes. Often they seem to follow a day that was more stressful. I must admit that I also hate posting them.

Had my pump for 4 years , was a bit concerned about having it attached 24/7 but it's made a big difference to my control x

Here we go again team, with another week starting off at 7.8
This is my first post for almost a week. I have been extremely busy over the last few days and have watched my numbers climbing slightly. My job is quite stressful and it is believed by many that stress can trigger higher numbers.
Which is why I am such an advocate of the benefits of meditation.
However I really should practice what I teach

My fbg this morning 4.9 after being 9.1 at bedtime. and being under 5.7 all yesterday till the evening keep saying it diabetes is a mystery to me at times.

Completely my own fault. Went out for dinner last night. Had pudding.
Then realised that I shouldn’t have

But it’s okay. I did it. Can’t go back. Today will be as carb/sugar free as possible and as water filled as possible

You MUST be more aware of what you eat Before You Eat It... or not, if you truly are aware!

I have found the same Star. Ours is not to reason why? Ours is just to do or die... or 'just' lose a toe, or foot, or leg... or our eyesight or have a million and one other health issues that walk in our shadow waiting for us to stop doing what we know we should and catch us up.
