What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

The small Metaxa late evening may have helped but a rise of 1 on resting pulse and lower sleep score not really a trade off worth making. Low intensity exercise and sleep can drop me well below 4 - which I intuitively knew. If I don't eat but exercise and sleep 24-7 I could become a success story - dead but a lower A1c! Also, not very easy to get it to talk to a Chromebook and graphs lack precision. The A1c will be the acid test of the value - so far it seems to just confirm what I knew and A1c has never reflected my readings. Thanks for the PMs.

5.8 and a reflection of VE day celebrations. I received a very special delivery to my doorstep. Homemade scones made with love by my 3 year old granddaughter. Delivered with clotted cream and JAM! Not had jam in over 30 months but felt a smidgen was in order.

8.5 on the right hand. Refusing to accept or believe that after a 12 hours' fast, I tried my left hand. At first, finger refused to yield.
Second finger the same.
Third finger joined the resistance.
Fourth finger heaved a heavy sigh, girded up its loins, and said, "OK, I'll take one for the team," and gave me back a reasonable 7.6.
My right hand still doesn't know what my left hand was doing and I've made a note in my log to stick with my left hand for awhile (pun intended). I respect stubbornness to a degree -- after all, they're my fingers! :D

I use the app which only allows ‘like’ but I meant ‘funny’ : made me laugh. Quite a few people have said the left hand is more lenient.
