Perhaps I was somewhere between the 4.7 Libre first showed and the considerably later 5.4 on Tee 2. Then again maybe not and A1c will be a whole other story anyhow. Currently baffled by my weight and what I should do or not. Higher than I want but records show my best all round results came at about this weight. Could be tied up with other things. @DJC3 hope all goes well today - Thursday seems to be when these things happen. Did you have to self-isolate for a week? I'm told I need to for next Thursday.

One way around it is to add a little water to the cream then foam it.

I definitely have to give this a try. Thanks for the suggestion, @JohnEGreen.

6.9. No worries. It stays below 7, then dips to 5s after breakfast, where it remains all day.

7.6 this morning. No idea why. No, really. I have no idea.

@DJC3 I'm glad you slept well last night, and had your coffee things with you. I hope today all is going well. I will be thinking of you.

Most days Greek yogurt, walnuts and black coffee.
Cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms and a decadent slice of wholemeal seeded bread toast on Sundays. Or even a banana on cinnamon toast.

Thank you. :) The yogurt and walnuts sound very nice. The banana on cinnamon toast sounds even nicer. Also the cooked breakfast -- for a late brunch or supper.

I don't know of any way over here to distinguish fair trade. There could be one but I have not heard of it.
However, I now wonder about my choice of the green frog postage stamps I ordered the other day from the post office. Now when I mail something I can tell the recipient about the green frog.
