What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning All. A four hour stretch in the night of tummy gripes so a not wholly unexpected 7.0. Nice number @DJC3 and well deserved! Thanks @ziggy_w for the kind comment yesterday.

Oh no, is it the same pain as you had a couple of weeks ago? I hope you’re feeling ok now.

Good morning all.

@PenguinMum -- Hugs for the disrupted sleep and the tummy gripes. Hope you are feeling better.
@DJC3 -- Great fasting levels. I have to admit I sometimes get hungry later at night and might have a small piece of cheese. Can't sleep on a growling tummy.

Fasting levels today were 4.7.

Thanks for your insight. It makes perfect sense really but sometimes I don’t want to listen to my inner voice!
I’ve been trying to eat earlier and exercise more and it does seem to be paying off. Though I can’t sleep with a grumbling tum either.

Fantastic score on the door!

5.4 today. Late night dinner after decorating our lounge. Long day but so worth it.

Hope everyone us enjoying their Bank Holiday Monday. Out to a local pub to enjoy low carb tapas. Dishy Rishi helped to pay the bill. Win win. Tomorrow's fbs should be good.
