Morning All. 5.2 this morning. @DJC3 Good to see you back with a great 5
Welcome @Nirac . The silver bullet doesn't exist in this game. Everyone is a unique experiment. In general, people keep carbs as low as they can tolerate and move about as much as they can. Test before eating and 2 hrs after - aim for <2 rise. Then they come on here next day all disappointed - or elated. You'll be fine and fit in perfectly.Hi I’m newly diagnosed as type 2, no medication yet. I’ve been My morning blood sugars ( now taken immediately I get up having read the thread at start of this chat ) seem high compared to everyone posting here, it was 9.2 at 06.12. today & rarely under 7. I’m trying to eat low carb, no alcohol & nothing after 8pm. What works for you to get it under 7? Thanks
