4.0 at 6AM and 4.6 at 8AM. No upward trend as of now and readings on xdrip and tomato are 4.6 and 4.7 respectively. I am 60 hours into fasting and will be breaking my fast today.

@HeliGary thats some strong progress right there that you have every reason to be proud of.

@Estragon am so happy for you. Getting out of sticky 6 is no mean feat sir.

Thank you its not been easy but I find with diet, exercise and good nights sleep helps. Would like them to go lower but I am getting there.

5.8 mmoles/l [ I also would like them to go lower.................]

Tested about 11 hours after breakfast[ no snacks] got 8.2 mmoles/l. Went for a ca 30 min walk, tested again
and got 6.7 mmoles/l. Seems that I have a liver that has got its messaging system in a tangle.
