6.2 this morning for me, thanks for the kind comments above.

No running today, but into the garage for some upper body strength training, some would say I’ve become addicted.

Thank you. Certainly seem to be less stressed at the moment plus currently doing a review on the foods I am eating. I think I was probably eating too much protein. Also tried cutting our sugar free jelly. Cutting out one thing or another certainly seems to have been beneficial for my bloods.
