That’s another thing I’d also forgotten!!!!! Along with lots and lots of other things KI didnt realise that you had to do your bloods before you get out of bed, I always do my first one once im up, washed and dressed, mine was 6.1 this morning which is pretty good for me, I've now been put on Ozempic to help me lose some weight, I alreadyhave to inject Tresiba 200 insulin and take Metformin, along with water tablets, so fingers crossed
Ok, I started a new thread with this specific question, as I don’t want to be seen derailing this one.Thank you.
Just wondered what others do for first test in morning? Get up to Wash hands, use wipe, or not worry and just test.
Though perhaps need to start a new thread to explore this.
Good Morning Karen.5.7 for me
Back to testing with a new tester. Instead of trying to send back the test strips I bought in error I simply purchased the glucose meter which was compatible with the test strips. Justified the purchase as my old tester was losing battery life very quickly. Not sure I like the new meter, too simplistic, no date and time function and only saves the last 10 meter readings however I am not complaining about the meter reading. 4.9 this morning.
7.1 this morning, I think the current family situation is definitely it helping, but as we always say, this is a marathon not a sprint, and I am doing ok
