What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

4.9 this morning. Given I made a couple of less than stellar food choices yesterday I am VERY happy with that indeed.

I won't be pushing it with the iffy food options but it's nice to know that there is some wiggle room (I know I'm lucky here, I've no wish to push my luck so hard it falls over!)
 
Morning All. 6.8 on meter 5.5 on last hours of this Libre. Who to believe! Since I had no more than 20g carbs yesterday I am plumping for somewhere in the middle. have the best Monday you can.
 
5.5 this morning - top end of my range.

Tested before and after coffee, 5.5 both times (black coffee, made with an Aeropress, the closest espresso that I can be bothered to manage at home - I don't want to spend the money or the kitchen counter space for an actual espresso machine). Nice to know that my liver doesn't react with glucose to the black nectar
 
Morning All. 7.2 this morning though I did get very cold yesterday and woke with sore throat. After second mug of tea will do a LFT. Wrap up warm everyone that wind is bracing. Happy Tuesday everyone.
