A couple of busy days, and struggling to keep up. Sorry if I haven’t managed to read or rate anyone’s posts.
Have been having sixes, of late but happy to report today is 5.8. Don’t know why. Have been keeping up my hour a day , at least, exercise. Mainly at swimming pool, with some walking. Not losing weight though.

Back up into the 9's with a 9.1 still under the weather haven't a proper cold or cough for 5 years but this one is lingering . Not Covid well not according to the twice daily lateral flow tests.
