Was so pleased to be going back to the swimming pool this morning after the sport centre being closed four days for Easter break that I completely forgot to test.

oh well it felt like a 6.0, or even a 5.9. So I’ll imagine that is what it was.

FBG 7.3 this morning the 6s didnt last long! Lol. Did 3am test with a BGL of 5.9 so may be getting abit of a glucose dump before waking. Further testing required though might explain a few things.

6.2, and pollen driving me to distraction. Going to continue face mask wearing, see if that helps. Dark glasses, too. At least there is less pollen in swimming pool, so that is where I am heading. With goggles, of course.
