What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

8.1 this morning

no idea why, although the cat woke me up enough to be semi conscious about an hour earlier than normal so I'm quite tired.

was 6.8 after my evening meal...

edit: ahahaha, it seemed too odd so I tried again with a different finger and it's 6.0 must have had something on the first one I think

6.0 this morning (I'm going with this one as it's more likely to be accurate)

Hi it affects my numbers they usually rise in the morning until I eat so I try and take them as soon as I get up .
 
8.8 this morning which is slightly better than yesterday though that doesn't say much:rolleyes:
