7.5 this morning
My boy is better but still waking up at 4am like clockwork to throw up and sing me the song of his people. Vet again in two weeks. And lack of sleep and Stress does a number on my bm it would seem! Still better than past two days so I’m ok with that.

Morning All 7.3 so agree with the sentiment @RoughcutAU only its mugs of tea for me. @iwilltouchyourcat good to hear your boy is improving. That noise before they get sick is chilling isnt it! Happy Friday everyone.

Morning all. So glad your boy is recovering albeit slowly. He's on the right track @iwilltouchyourcat. 
I'm a happy bunny this morning! 7.3 bedtime. 6.5 this morning!!! Wish I knew what I did right! I know I drank more and ate a bit less so I'll try that again today.

Been on a tech free retreat. Seems to have done me so much good.
Following my 5.8 last Saturday, there have only been 5s.
Ok so they were high fives. (See what I did there?)
Though today was 5.5
I feel like giving myself a ‘winner’ emoji, but that would remind me of something my infant school teacher used to say, a lot! “Pride comes before a fall”. So encouraging those 1960s teachers, eh?
So many posts to catch up on. Will try. Hope everyone is keeping on keeping on, and if you have something you are proud of, shout it for all to hear. I prefer the saying ‘Success breeds success’.

Am accepting it- I have been so stressed and anxious this past week and it has been normalising to 5-6 by lunchtime so I’m not adding this to my list of things to worry about
PS Thanks for all your kind words about my darling kitty Jasper. He’s still being sick but less so, and found out this is actually a known side effect of his new thyroid meds (vet denied this initially) and that it should pass in a few weeks.
Both me and my cat have janky endocrine systems it would seem!
