What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

8.7 - Yup, I can live with this, I can say that ‘cos history tells me I can get and stay lower.

Ruby (Murray) Tuesday anybody?
 
A whooping 10.7 yesterday morning did a 5 mile walk after work and brought it down into the low 6's . 9.7 this morning .
 
8.7 - Yesterday morning 8.7, last night 8.7…. The record is stuck.
 
8.8 this morning. Third time this week. Ugh. Oh well consistent. Lets see what they have to say at DAFNE this morning.
 
10.7 this morning didn't have much sleep so some of that result will be down to that .
 
8.0 - Went to bed on a 7.9, been awake since 2:30, very hot and dry mouth. However, during the day I had a 6.4 and a 6.6, so, there’s an improvement.
 
7.2 this morning and feeling much much better and was able to get some exercise in yesterday. Hopefully will stabilise over the next few days.
