8.8 this morning but on the recovery from the flu bug I’ve had so hoping numbers will start coming down and looking more like they did a week ago

Hug for procedure cancellation. I can very much relate to that. Pork pies? These work for me as a rare treat. They freeze well but need to be part of a large order as postage isn't cheap - nor are the pies.

8.0 - Went to bed on a 7.9, been awake since 2:30, very hot and dry mouth. However, during the day I had a 6.4 and a 6.6, so, there’s an improvement.
