Hi All. 7.1 today which I would happily swap for a 6.1. No clue really but will keep plugging on, its what we do. Have a great Thursday everyone.
We do all help each other. You are right.Afternoon all. Bit late today. Bedtime 9.1. AM 8.30, 8.1. I come on here to help me keep on track and get hints from others. I also list on 'what have you eaten today'. That also helps and I get recipes from that. Diabetes is the Demon who binds us together! That sounds very profound, doesn't it!! But it's true. I'm not sure I help anyone, but quite a few of you help me I'm happy to say and I'm very thankful for that.
Could be . . My experience is no. However, I've not been flirting with overnight 10s for a loooong time, so maybe you've reached down to a sustainable lower plateau.does this mean that I have seen the back of the 9's and 10's fingers crossed .
Generally for me me that's been that case about every couple of months or so I drop a number.8.7 yesterday and 8.5 this morning ...that's 3 in the 8's over the last 3 days does this mean that I have seen the back of the 9's and 10's fingers crossed .
Legend5.4 this morning, and after completing the diabetes uk million step challenge yesterday having walked almost 600 miles over the past 3 months, I might have the day off walking !

Gym this morning before work
I post every day to keep myself on track, My b/s is hard to control, none of the usual type 2 things affect it, nobody knows what does, I eat low carb but the only thing that really helps is exercise
Its not about being competitive, just doing the best we can, diabetes of any kind is a sneaky little so & so
