What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

FBG 6.3 this morning. Knew it wouldn't stay in the 5's for long. No more bouillabaisse left and back to carnivorous calories for dinner. Off for a swim this morning to shake things up, although tbh since exercise nearly always sends my BG up in the moment rather than down, its a longer term strategy which has yet to show results. But it makes me feel good so that's the current pay off. ‍

Was 3.3 this morning as it was most of the night unsure as to why as I do not take insulin.
In those circumstances and if it was a finger prick confirmed reading I personally would not like to remain in the low 3's for too long and would have some carbs to bring it back up.

5.1 - Every, most mornings for June, I've been descending. Mid June I was 9.5 and this last week from 6.8 down to 5.1 . This last week was a "cluster" of 5s - no complaints here, just astonished that my EndoSys is responding to my drugs, my diet, and the biggie, my quad bypass. Thanks, guys for showing me such kind support, too.
