Today's result @ 06.15 was 5.6.

Happy with that and fact have been in the 5's for several days now on morning tests.

Only 12g carbs all day yesterday so this seems harsh reward.

Should perhaps have had a couple more glasses of malbec last night.

Great result, ofttimes not stressing too much about diet and exercise produces good numbers. Don't fight it!
