5.2 this morning....The lowest morning test ever ...Amazing considering the stuff thats been happening this last week or so.......Mind you it was a very light supper last night, delicious mind , just roasted veg in olive oil ...highly recommended ! Hoping to see the blood moon tonight, unless there the predicted rain..... have a great day all....

6.3 today.
The pattern this week has been 6s either side of brekkie, 7s either side of lunch, 5s either side of dinner. All low carb. Can’t work it out but not bothered as in the right zone.
20:20 cricket tonight at Headingly, hopefully- although the rains may be finally on the way.

Good morning all very happy with my 4.5 today :D tonight we are having a barbecue with all our friends and family since my brother is leaving for London on Sunday his girlfriend will be joining him at the end of August it will be interesting to see how the barbecue affects my BG

Morning...we melted here last night & no rain here yet...dammed BBC said rain this morning...mind you they also said they hadn't invaded a certain celebrities privacy & we all know what happened there...you just can't trust them nowadays...woke to a 5.7...off to work today...can't wait to get in the car...air conditioning on full pelt.

5.2 for me today on #Furnace Friday - days must have names now. The authentocracy decree it:angelic: @rhubarb73 thanks for the good wishes and the clan should grow by 1 more before Monday - the Southampton babe is overdue and mum has been summoned to to Southampton General on Sunday if not delivered before. Good man for enjoying cricket. are you with Vaughny on the Rashid issue?@karen8967 have a great day if it is anything like our wedding in Skiathos last year they will do you proud and there will be amazing photos and videos, The heat is interesting especially for men wearing suits and ties in high 30s - 40. The dresses and hats helped ladies. Yamas

Morning All. Karen have a wonderful day, I’m thinking Mama Mia!
Ian has the Cambridge baby arrived?
5.6 at 06.00. Awake since 5pm think gout forming in my heel. Prob due to G&Ts, too many prawn cocktails and Birkenstock Madrids. So simple life is back.
Have a good day everyone and stay cool.

Hi @PenguinMum yes thanks, Cambridge baby here and well. 8 Lbs 4 Oz but no name yet. Sympathy for the gout issue not nice. Lots of fluid - non alcoholic

5.6 today - not really damaging but as the saying goes when you get complacent in a fight shi* wins, @johnpol congratulations even though you had steeled yourself for a different scenario, @Goonergal good fbg - I'd hake that.in a heartbeat @DJC3 being the Duracel bunny yesterday paid off in fbg. @OrsonKartt cassoulet is something I miss and is in the section of my mind headed worth a spike for.
One of the baby girls will definitely arrive later today and she will be born in Cambridge just like her granddad. I have a delivery of a repaired lawnmower , drill, bricks and tarpaulins to make to Lakenheath (Brecklands, Suffolk) as no 3 son is sorting out his new home.

How exciting 2 new babies on way. Congratulations
