was 5.3 yesterday and 4.9 today

horrible cold sore and neuralgia up one side of my head , Ugh!
Blood glucose seems to be permanently higher than it was , not awful, just higher than it was for a while. Looks like the new 'normal' hopefully it doesn't continue to trend even higher. Quite stressful when that happens

Having a quiet day today and trying to get some rest.

5.6 today clearly not terrifying but that is not a well body showing itself fully functioning. A more cynical chap would feel LC eating is far too unreliable and over-hyped (average carbs over 3 weeks 19.5 and my standard diet).* @jjraak happy birthday and (probs doesn't need saying but) unleash hell.
*Edited to add: I'm not decrying LC per se just arguing the optimisation of it for each person is a pig to nail down ( and almost certainly changes over time) and for all the success stories there is no direct read across for the rest of us.

Running a slightly high post op temperature and wound still oozing slightly. Rather washed out and not eating much so...anywhere between those lol.
