Hello,
This is my first post. My morning numbers today were 6.3.
I am prediabetic/borderline type 2.
I have given up all bread, pasta, rice, cake, sweets.
I cannot give up my morning bowl of oatmeal, as this kick-starts my digestion and provides bulk.
Can anybody recommend something non-carb which will perform as well as oatmeal?

I have full fat greek yogurt (natural flavour unsweetened) with milled seeds (linseed, flax seed, chia seeds, or a mix) a small portion of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, rhubarb. Or add nuts or 1 square very very dark chocolateHello,

Phew. A whole lot better than yesterday. How did the day go from that low start, John? Also, to be rude and but in, anyone have a rough idea just how much should I expect my Libre predicted A1c to be out by when I eventually get tested?4.7 today.

Yesterday doesn't sound wonderful but you wear it well. Thanks for the information - I was expecting a much bigger error - >+15 tbh and I hope today is more stable.Mine was out a fair bit predicted 38 actual 44.
Yesterday was a bit up and down for me but not to bad swings between a maximum of 9.3 and lows of about 3.5 have been worse.
